The bright and airy kitchen contains all the modern conveniences a family needs. Dishwasher, full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove/oven, toaster and coffee maker, and electric kettle, pots,pans, plates, dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls, casserole dishes, and a new BBQ (ready to use). Dining room suite seats 4, with added eating area island that can accommodate more. The upper floor has a relaxing 4 pc. bath with Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.
The building is relatively new, and has quality furniture in it. The accommodation is smoke-free, odour free and pet-free.A beautiful large sized deck high up in the trees allows for vistas of two ponds and Lake Eugenia. BBQ is conveniently located on the upper storey deck, near the kitchen and a patio table and chairs allow for dining "al fresco" when weather permits. Part of the lower storey is unoccupied and is used for storage.
The heating system is in-floor radiant heating using an electric boiler system and is therefore very quiet. The owners are nearby yet the accommodation offers ample privacy. Any unforeseen issues with the lodgings are immediately dealt with. Support is nearby. References to the owners' character and business practices are available upon request. Ample parking.
