Larchwood Farm is located just west of Markdale, 23 minutes (23 kms) from BVSC. The property offers you privacy, nature and all the modern conveniences. The renovated kitchen features quartz countertops, a double oven, dishwasher and induction cooktop. The large dining room table can seat 8-10. The original part of the farmhouse maintains all the Victorian charm with original wood floors, trim and doors. Our main living room has a newly installed wood stove (Sept 2024). The farmhouse has been lovingly decorated with family heirlooms and treasures found on the 101 acre property.
There are 4 bedrooms (sleeps 7-8); 2 twin beds, 1 x double and 2 x queen. There are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor and a half bath on the 2nd floor. Laundry is located in the basement.
The home is kid-friendly with a separate TV/play room for the kids and loads of books and toys. We will consider pets on inquiry only.

Snow plowing and access to a property manager are included in the monthly rate. Our housecleaner is also available at your own cost.
