Only 10 minutes from Flesherton where you can eat at the fabulous Gate restaurant, or get breakfast at Kim's. 15 minutes from Markdale with all your shopping needs and many more great restaurants including Marilyn's and Steven's - as well as Susan's Deli. Kimberley - home of the famous Kimberley General Store, Justin's and Hearts is 9 minutes door to door.
Located just a short walk from the beach, beautiful falls, and fantastic local eateries, it’s an ideal spot for both relaxation and adventure. The Eugenia playground with ice rink is just steps away.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
We’ve got seven cozy bedrooms ready to accommodate your group. Two of the king rooms come with their own private bathrooms, giving you a bit of extra luxury and privacy. There’s also two more king rooms and one queen room, plus two twin rooms—perfect for the kids or single guests. With five bathrooms in total, getting everyone ready in the morning is a breeze.
Three Separate Living Areas:
You’ll find plenty of space to spread out and relax in our three living areas. The large living room has a charming woodstove, great for warming up after a day out. We also have a main living area and a big rec room, both equipped with TVs, so there's always a spot for a movie night or just chilling out.
Kitchen & Dining:
If you love cooking, you’ll appreciate our chef’s kitchen. It features a huge island, a 48" gas stove, and a large stainless fridge. There’s also a quiet dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining table seats up to 12, making it perfect for family meals or a big breakfast before heading out for the day. The second fridge/freezer and additional stand up freezer mean you can stock up for the season.
Outdoor Spaces:
The BBQ is just outside the kitchen patio door - for ease of use. Outside, we have a huge deck with plenty of comfortable seating—great for morning coffee or evening cocktails if you want to brave the cold. The large backyard is a hit with kids and the firepit is perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars.
Location & Nearby Attractions:
We’re just a quick 8 minute drive from BVSC. If you’re into nature, the stunning Eugenia Falls and the Bruce Trail are also nearby, offering fantastic hiking opportunities. For dining, check out local favourites like Flying Chesnut Kitchen, just 1 minute away, or indulge in delicious meals at The Gate, Hearts Tavern, and Justin's Oven, all within a 10-minute drive.
Blue Mountain is 30 minutes away, as are Meaford, Thornbury and Collingwood.
Additional Amenities:
We’ve got plenty of games for indoor fun, and the WiFi is strong and reliable. There’s also parking for up to 5 cars, so there’s plenty of space for everyone.
Earlybird special pricing: $17,500 plus utilities December 15 to end of Beaver Valley Ski Season. We can arrange for snow plowing too! This is an easy and comfortable place to spend the season.
