We are pleased to welcome you to stay in our garden level suite. It features a private key locked entrance directly from the garden. It is a legal rental unit that has been approved by the municipality as built with all required safety features.

There are 3 bedrooms; a king room, a queen room and a bunkie room. There is accommodation for 3 couples and a single. There is one 4 pc bath room / laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is an open concept living room with a 50" smart TV with NETFLIX and Amazon Video and WiFi included, a dining area that can seat up to 8 and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes all stainless appliances with dishwasher. The breakfast bar seats four.

Use of one garage is included for one car plus all your ski equipment.  Additional outdoor parking for two cars is included. Driveway and parking area snow clearing service in also included.

The one acre garden features a large fire pit, propane BBQ. There are plenty of toys to amuse your kids.

The owners live elsewhere in the house and ask that guests not host loud parties and refrain from excessive noise after 11 pm. No pets please! The unit would be ideal for a family with kids.

Conveniently located 1 km, from the top of BVSC.

The rental rate is $15,000 for the 2024/25 ski season including all utilities  starting Dec 1 through March 31.
