There are two bedrooms -- a king and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There is one bathroom with two sinks and a large tub + with adjustable shower. The kitchen is fully stocked, with island seats for five. The dining table seats six (and comes with a ping pong table kit). For winter living, there's a fireplace inside, a hot tub under the covered porch outside, a Weber grill, a Solo Stove, a hill for sledding, and trails for snowshoeing and XC skiing. We're 13 minutes to Beaver Valley, 19 minutes to Craigleith, 15 minutes south of Thornbury, 20 minutes west of Collingwood and the Blue Mountains, and 5 minutes from Ravenna (on the road to Duncan).
