We have two houses on our property, and both are available together or separately for the upcoming ski season.
The Main House runs from Dec. 28-March 31 ($19K), and the Guest House runs from Dec. 1-March 31 (18K). Utilites are additional and about $2K for each rental.

The main house has four bedrooms (two king -- one on main level and one in large guest suite over the garage; one twin room downstairs + one downstairs bedroom with two full beds and one twin). There are two living rooms, a huge kitchen, and plenty of room for two families to hang out.
The guest house has two bedrooms (one king and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds).
Both houses have hot tub, gas fireplace, Weber grill. Main house has EV charger.
We're 13 minutes to Beaver Valley, 19 minutes to Craigleith, 15 minutes south of Thornbury, 20 minutes west of Collingwood and the Blue Mountains, and 5 minutes from Ravenna (on the road to Duncan).
