Located at Lake Eugenia and just a 10 minute drive to the Beaver Valley Ski Club, it is an ideal place to call home base while enjoy the 2024/2025 ski, snowboarding, snow shoeing and snowmobile season in the Beaver Valley.

The kitchenette offers a kettle, coffee maker and is well equipped for meal preparation with a microwave, air fryer and induction hot plate. Dishes, glasses, utensils and cooking pots are all included.

The living room offers a cozy spot to sit on the sofa facing the double sided gas fireplace. The desk offers area information, a place to site with a laptop and a television equipped with streaming, where you can log into your own streaming account.

The bedroom offers the ambiance of a double sided gas fireplace and comfort with a queen size bed. There is a closet with rustic sliding doors.
