There is a large great room with an 80” TV and sound system and a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with a gas range, and a dining room table that seats 10. Off the dining room is a large deck with a BBQ.
The principal ensuite, with a king-size bed, offers a beautiful view of Beaver Valley and features an exquisite ensuite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet.
There is a lower-level recreational room with a large TV and a Sonos sound system, perfect for gaming or kids’ TV.
There is a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bath.
The three additional bedrooms have king, queen, and double mattresses and are serviced by a large jack-and-jill bath with heated floors.
The sauna is located within the home, so there is no need to brave the cold to use it.
Exercise equipment includes an elliptical and a treadmill.
