Rental Period: The rental date is from for January 1, 2026- March 31, 2026

Rocklyn Inn Bed & Breakfast is a historical Inn built in 1891 that has lots of charm and space!

This is an excellent property for the winter season surrounded by the Bruce Trail for hiking and snowshoeing, Kola pore trails for cross-country skiing, many snowmobile trail access points, Beaver Valley, Georgian Peaks, Craigleith and Blue Mountain Village,  multiple Ski Resorts, this is the perfect family winter retreat!

Price Per Month: Price is $1500.00 per month ($4500 total for 3 months inclusive)  all utilities & high speed internet included except propane for fire place. If want to utilize fireplaces then add on extra $ 450 ( $150 per month) for propane if you wish to use it.

Location: Located in quaint village of Rocklyn. This village offers an arena next door with free public ice skating on Saturdays and ice rink rentals during the week.  The location is ideal for all winter activities just 10 mins down the road from Beaver Valley Ski Club, surrounded by the Bruce Trail, Snowmobile Trail accesses near by, Craigleith Ski Club just 18 minutes and Blue Mountain Village and Collingwood are just 20-25 minutes drive from the Inn.

For cross country skiing or snowshoeing there are many locations in the area for groomed trails in Markdale, Blue Mountain and Kola pore!

In just 18 minutes you can be in Thornbury which offers artist galleries, unique shopping experiences, restaurants and more!

Our Country Inn is only 2 hours from Toronto areas and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Barrie.

 

Restaurants /Wineries/Cideries:  Our Inn is within 20 minutes driving of tons of delicious restaurants, wineries, cideries and distilleries for all kinds of dining options, as well as tours and experiences.

Sleeps 6 people

1 Smart TVs with apps to log into- Disney Plus Netflix/Crave/Prime Video.

1 Full Bathrooms  with walk in shower

Sleeps 6 comfortably in beds + possibility of 8 people.

Use of 1 Great Living Room seats 8-10 people comfortably

Use of 1 smaller living room ( can be used as an extra bedroom with blow up mattress for 2 additional people)

Use of Dining room

Use of Eat in Kitchen

Shared use of Fully Equipped Kitchen with all amenities

Use of Washer & Dryer - to be negotiated & if required

1 Mini Fridge with freezer/ Coffee Bar, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Water Cooler- Cutlery and Dishware ( coffee and tea not included) - Possibility of Full Fridge/Freezer Use

High Speed WIFI

Our Inn is heated with Geothermal Heating as our main heat source.

We have 3 Propane Gas Fire Places for aesthetic purposes only (not a heat source propane cost to use is extra $ 150 per month and will be the renters responsibility to pay extra)

Use of Kitchen/ dining: Open concept kitchen with a side door walk-out to propane BBQ, large stainless-steel sink and plenty of space for food preparation. Kettle, popcorn maker, Coffee Machines, Gas stove, Electric oven, toaster, blender, food processor, plates, cutlery, glasses, and all Kitchen corning ware and Tupperware you could need.

Living Areas: Great Living Room has 2 large couches that could seat up to 4 people per couch, 2 large oversized chairs placed in a cozy spot by a Large Mantel Gas Fireplace perfect for winter days/nights with a good book and glass of wine by the Fire.

Other: Large front lobby area with boot trays to accommodate winter boots and any winter gear. The Parking Lot can easily accommodate 8-10 cars.

$ 4500.00 for 3 months inclusive + $1500 damage deposit ( Refundable after rental term assuming no damages to property, furniture etc.)

50% Payment ( $ 1500.00) + Damage Deposit ( $1500.00)  required upfront to secure booking. Remaining 50% due before date of rental agreement.  Booking is non- Refundable.
